Backstrap Breakfast Tacos

  • 1 Venison backstrap, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 stick of butter
  • 2 large onions, diced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 3 avocados, sliced
  • 8 Flour Tortillas
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese


Set your FireDisc to medium heat, toss in the oil and cook the backstraps for 5 minutes, flipping once. Add the butter, onions, and bell peppers and cook for 8 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add the eggs and scramble and season with salt and pepper. Serve with a few slices of avocado and enjoy.
