Chicken Stir Fry with Basil Cream Sauce

Servings: 5


  • 2 chicken breast cut into strips
  • 2 cup of fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsps of olive oil


Set the FireDisc to a medium temperature and cook the chicken with the olive oil. Once the chicken is half way cooked (about 5 minutes) add the mushrooms and the onions. Once all the ingredients are fully cooked (about 8 minutes) add the basil and the cream. Let the sauce reduce for 5 min and it is ready to be served. Enjoy!
