DUCK (TEAL) SEASON SPECIAL W/ A LEGACY WHISKY SEAR

Rich duck meat cooked to perfection with the help of bacon, jalapeno, horseradish cheddar cheese and Legacy Whiskey. Now that's fine dining outdoors style with FireDisc.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 - Ducks (preferably Teal)
  • 4 - Bacon
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 - Jalapeno
  • Horseradish Cheddar Cheese
  • Blackening Seasoning
  • Italian Dressing
  • 2 tbsp - Legacy Whisky
  • Toothpics
  • 1/2 - stick of butter
PREPARATION:
  • Preparation:
  • Take the Duck (Teal) and breast them off the bird.
  • Cut the onion, Jalapeno, and cheese into stripes.
  • Take each slice of bacon and cut them in half.
  • Now take the bacon strip and lay it flat.
  • Now take the duck breast and set it on the end of the bacon strip.
  • Place 1 cheddar cheese strip, 1 Jalapeno, and 1 onion on top of the duck.
  • Now wrap the duck up with the bacon strip, secure with a toothpic and place into a dish with sides.
  • Repeat until all of the duck has be finished and wrapped.
  • Now take the Blackening seasoning and sprinkle on top of the wrapped ducks.
  • Also take the Italian dressing and cover the ducks.
  • Cooking:
  • Heat up your grill and add 1/2 stick of butter.
  • Take all the wrapped duck along with all the juices and Italian dressing and place on the FIREDISC® Cooker or Gwok for 5-10 minutes until done.
  • Add 2 tbsp of Legacy Whisky and light.
  • Let flame burn out.
  • Serve and enjoy!
