Valentine's Day Wild Mushroom Fondue

Serves 4


  • 2 bone in porterhouse steaks
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste


Set your FireDisc to high heat, allow it to get really hot. Brush the steaks with the oil and salt to taste. Sear your steaks on one side for 5 minutes, do not move or touch the steaks. Brush the steak with the thyme and rosemary dipped in a bit of the oil. Flip once and cook for 6 minutes basting again with the herbs. Top with the butter and let rest for 6 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

Suggested Side: Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and spinach.
