INGREDIENTS:
  • Firedisc Habe sauce adds a little spice and pizazz to this chili recipe.
  • 3 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 (28oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 stalk of celery, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c HABE Sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
PREPARATION:
  • Set your FireDisc to high heat and add the olive oil, sauté the bell peppers, onions, and celery in the middle of the FireDisc for 7 minutes.
  • Move the vegetables to the outer ring of the FireDisc.
  • Sear the ground beef in the center on both sides (about 3 minutes per side).
  • After browning both sides chop up the ground beef and cook fully on medium high heat for about 10 minutes.
  • Once the meat is cooked mix all the vegetables and meat together.
  • Add the canned tomatoes and it’s juice to the FireDisc with the Worcertershire, soy sauce, and HABE.
  • Set the heat to MEDIUM and cook for 30 minutes.
  • The longer it cooks, the better it gets, so set the FireDisc to LOW and cook longer if you like.
  • Ladle over Fritos and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
