SERVES 6

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 (28oz) can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1/2 stalk of celery, diced
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 c HABE Sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Set your FireDisc to high heat and add the olive oil, sauté the bell peppers, onions, and celery in the middle of the FireDisc for 7 minutes. Move the vegetables to the outer ring of the FireDisc. Sear the ground beef in the center on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). After browning both sides chop up the ground beef and cook fully on medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Once the meat is cooked mix all the vegetables and meat together.

Add the canned tomatoes and it’s juice to the FireDisc with the Worcertershire, soy sauce, and HABE. Set the heat to MEDIUM and cook for 30 minutes. The longer it cooks, the better it gets, so set the FireDisc to LOW and cook longer if you like. Ladle over Fritos and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
