FRIED CHICKEN FINGERS WITH HABE RANCH

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 c all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c panko breadcrumbs
  • 18 chicken tender strips
  • 2 qts canola oil
  • 1 c ranch dressing
  • 1 c HABE Sauce
PREPARATION:
  • Pour the oil into your FireDisc and set the heat to HIGH.
  • Mix the flour, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Whisk the eggs with 1 tbsp. of water to make an egg wash.
  • Set panko breadcrumbs in a pan for breading the chicken. Coat the chicken strips in flour, then dredge in the egg wash, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.
  • Once the oil reached 365 F fry the chicken in batches of 6 for 8 -10 minutes flipping to insure even cooking.
  • Place the cooked chicken fingers on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.
  • When all the chicken is cooked, mix the ranch and HABE sauce together and serve as a dipping sauce.
