Grilled Pineapple

INGREDIENTS:

  • 42 oz pineapple cubes
  • 2 limes, zested and 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 c of toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar

DIRECTIONS:

Set your FireDisc to high and toss in the pineapple with the lime juice, cook for 5 minutes and add the lime zest, cook for 5 more minutes then sprinkle the powdered sugar and cook for 3 more minutes.

Remove the pineapple from the FireDisc and top by sprinkling the coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy!
