Italian Sausage, Vegetables & Agave Nectar
- 4 Italian sausage links
- 1/2 onion, cut into slices
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into slices
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into slices
- 2 c of sliced mushrooms
- 3 tsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Set the fire disc to medium heat, add the olive oil and grill the sausages. Once the sausages are cooked and nice and brown, add all the vegetables and cook together for about 5 to 10 min.
Once the vegetables are all cooked add the agave nectar and the soya sauce to the pan.
Enjoy and serve it while it`s still hot.
