ITALIAN SAUSAGE, VEGETABLES & AGAVE NECTAR

A hint of sweetness and your FIREDISC® grill gives sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms a savory flavor that is sure to please. Serves 5
INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 Italian sausage links
  • 1/2 onion, cut into slices
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into slices
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into slices
  • 2 c of sliced mushrooms
  • 3 tsp of olive oil
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 2 tsp of soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION:
  • Set the FIREDISC® to medium heat, add the olive oil and grill the sausages.
  • Once the sausages are cooked and nice and brown, add all the vegetables and cook together for about 5 to 10 min.
  • Once the vegetables are all cooked add the agave nectar and the soya sauce to the pan.
  • Enjoy and serve it while it`s still hot.
