As you prepare to make your list of New Year’s resolutions, if you didn’t live up to your own grilling expectations in 2014, then make 2015 the year that you barbecue in the great outdoors more often. Better yet, make it a year when you barbecue year-round. Year-round grilling first started to trend in North America in 2013 with 60% of North American’s grilling year-round in that year alone. While summer is the peak for grilling on your new premium BBQ gas grills fresh out of the box from Christmas, don’t rule out the fall and winter months of the year.
