Osborn Naked Buffalo Chicken Wings and Drums

Ingredients

  • 2 packages of chicken wings and drums. 12 wings and 12 drums
GWOK DUST
  • 5 tablespoons paprika
  • 4 tablespoons salt
  • 4 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
ROOSTER RED WING SAUCE
  • 1 cup Sriachi sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Melted butter

Directions

  1. Coat wings and drums with "GWOK DUST"
  2. Melt 3 cups crisco shortening in Gwok to 350 degrees
  3. Add/Cook wings and drums in batches of 10-12, cook wings and drums through, approx 8-10 minutes
  4. ROOSTER RED WING SAUCE
  5. Melt 2 sticks butter in pan on stove
  6. In large bowl add 1 cup Sriachi sauce, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon salt, and add melted butter
  7. Wisk to smooth
  8. Drizzle Rooster Red Wing Sauce over naked wings
  9. Eat and Enjoy!
