Pork loin Cheddar sauce and potatoes sauté with sage


Servings: 5

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. pork loin
  • ¼ onion diced
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • ¼ cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of fingerling potatoes
  • Sage to taste

Directions:

In the fire disc with a medium temperature pour the olive oil and cook the pork loin for about 10 minutes. Take the pork off and let it rest. Now add butter and the onions. Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the white wine and the cream. Let it cook for another 5 min and then add the cheddar cheese and let it melt.

Now add the pork loin back to the sauce and serve with the baked potatoes previously cooked with sage.
