Rib Eye w/ Jack Daniel’s Mushroom Sauce

  • 1 each Rib eye steak
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp diced shallots
  • ½ c portabella mushrooms
  • ½ c cream
  • 2 tbsp Jack Daniel’s
  • 2 tbsp White wine
  • 1 tsp diced garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste


Season the steak with salt and pepper and sear it on the fire disc with the olive oil. When they are cooked to the desirable point take them off the fire disc and set aside. Add the garlic, the onions and the mushrooms to the pan and cook for about 5 min. Add the Jack Daniels and flambé allowing it to reduce all the way. Pour the wine and let it reduce 1/3 of the volume then add the cream. Let it cook until the desirable consistency and season the sauce with salt and pepper. Add the steak back to the pan to warm and enjoy!
