INGREDIENTS:
- 4 tortillas
- 8 oz. of small shrimp, peeled
- Fresh salsa
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 c mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup of lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup of tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tsps. olive oil
- Set the FIREDISC® to medium high heat and grill the tortillas on both sides, then set aside.
- Add the olive oil to the FIREDISC® and sauté the shrimp for about 7 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss in all vegetables and stir quickly, top with cheese and then build your tacos. Enjoy!
