Whiskey Chocolate Balls

Yields 15 Balls
Ingredients:
- 1/2 c walnuts
- 1/4 c whiskey
- 1 c vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 c coco powder
- 1/4 c powder sugar
- 1/8 c honey
Directions:
Soak the walnuts in the whiskey overnight, reserve the liquid. Bake the walnuts for 12 minutes at 325 F. Crush the walnuts and combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Place the bowl in the fridge with the mixture for a few minutes then roll the mix into small balls. Top with a touch of powder sugar, cover, and place in the freezer. Enjoy!
