White Fish with Black Olives and Chickpeas

Servings: 5


  • 1 lb of your favorite white fish, skin removed
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 2 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbs of white wine
  • ½ tomato, diced
  • ½ cup of chickpeas
  • ½ cup of black olives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c flour


Season the fish with salt and pepper and then bread it with the flour. Set the FireDisc to medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the fish for 3 minutes per side and set it aside. Sautee the onion, garlic, and tomato and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the white wine and let the liquid reduce to half of the original volume. Place the fish back in the FireDisc, add the black olives and the chickpeas.

Serve over white rice or quinoa, enjoy!
