Continental United States
FireDisc® uses ground service on all shipments within the continental United States unless otherwise requested by the customer. Orders could take up to forty five (45) days for manufacturing processing, location and based on which product(s) you choose. You will be given a tracking number for your shipment via email when your order has been processed.
Alaska and Hawaii
All shipments to Alaska or Hawaii may incur an additional shipping charge based on location, weight or insured value of the package. If this should occur, we will contact you with the new shipping charge before processing your order. The following is FireDisc® return policies are for all purchases made via phone or through our website: You can return your product(s) and merchandise up to thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. All products and merchandise must be unused / unworn, and returned in the original packaging.
If your requested return is approved and accepted by FireDisc®, then a full refund for the price of the product or merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within thirty (30) days. Receipt of the original purchase is required for cash returns. If requested by FireDisc®, the original product or merchandise will need to be returned for inspection. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product or merchandise was shipped to you in error.
