Wess Brown & Isky
“The sheer versatility of the FIREDISC® is unmatched in my opinion. I love the way it cooks my deer steaks and how I can even cook all my side dishes at the same time. The best accessory is the wind helmet. To be able to block the wind makes my cooking experience consistent in all the places I cook.”
Born and raised in Michigan, Wess was born into the outdoors hunting, fishing, and camping since he can remember. When Wess turned 18 he joined the Army. Wess was enlisted for 11 years as a K9 handler. Wess has a total of 24 months deployed in combat zones with 11 of them with his now service dog Isky. Isky was injured during a combat patrol and after losing his leg was transitioned to further his service to Wess as his Service dog. Wess continued his outdoor passion while enlisted and after his medical retirement in November 2018 He created the Non Profit Front Line Outdoors Foundation to educate and inspire disabled vets and first responders to heal through the outdoors as he has and is doing. Wess is 100% Disabled but has persevered through many challenges and feels blessed to be in a position to give back to his brothers and sisters. Creating a program for these amazing men and women is a true passion for Wess and the tools FLO gives these men and women are priceless.
