PORK LOIN CHEDDAR SAUCE AND POTATOES SAUTÉ WITH SAGE

(SERVINGS: 5) Southern comfort, meat and potatoes, drizzled with a white wine cheese sauce and a hint of sage.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 10 oz. pork loin
  • ¼ onion diced
  • 1 tsp of butter
  • ¼ cup of white wine
  • ¼ cream
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of fingerling potatoes
  • Sage to taste
PREPARATION:
  • In the FIREDISC® with a medium temperature pour the olive oil and cook the pork loin for about 10 minutes.
  • Take the pork off and let it rest.
  • Now add butter and the onions.
  • Cook for about 5 minutes and then add the white wine and the cream.
  • Let it cook for another 5 min and then add the cheddar cheese and let it melt.
  • Now add the pork loin back to the sauce and serve with the baked potatoes previously cooked with sage.
