Anthony Thomas is a 15-year veteran professional rodeo athlete and the founder of Thomas Cattle and Catering, a farm-to-table beef business based just outside of Houston, Texas.
Originally from Australia, Anthony moved to Texas to pursue a career in professional rodeo. Over the past decade and a half, he has built a respected name in the rodeo circuit through hard work, determination, and a deep connection to the cowboy lifestyle. His journey from the Australian outback to the heart of Texas rodeo country reflects both his grit and entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition to competing, Anthony runs Thomas Cattle and Catering, a business that combines his passion for livestock and good food. He raises high-quality, pasture-fed beef and delivers it directly from his ranch to customers’ tables. Whether catering events or fulfilling custom beef orders, Anthony is committed to providing wholesome, ranch-raised beef with integrity and flavor.
