EASY HABE PORK CHOPS

This recipe gives a little flare to typically grilled chops, marinade in HABE sauce and Tabasco adds just the right zip.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 9 pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 bottle of HABE sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon white pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Tabasco (if you want even more heat)
PREPARATION:
  • Sprinkle pork chops with garlic powders and white pepper.
  • In a large zip lock bag, mix pork chops with HABE sauce and Tabasco (optional) and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Set your FireDisc to high and cook the pork chops for 4 minutes each side or until fully cooked.
  • Remove pork from the FireDisc and allow the HABE sauce to thicken for 3 minutes.
  • Top pork with thickened HABE sauce and serve. Enjoy!
