Buffalo Bayou Beer Boozy Onions

  • 6 White Onions
  • 8 oz Olive Oil
  • 3 Cans of Lighten Up Blonde Beer (or your favorite golden beer)
  • 1 Tbs Salt
  • 1 Tbs Pepper
  • Preheat your FIREDISC® to medium heat and get your onions ready.
  • Peel and julienne the onions as thin as you can get them.
  • Pour the cooking oil into the FIREDISC® and then your cut onions. Saute for a few minutes until they start to soften up.
  • Add the beer and continue to cook until the beer has been absorbed and there is not much left in the disc.
  • You can use for a topping on anything. We recommend for burgers, fajitas, brawts, hot dogs, or even on top of a steak.
