- 4 ears of corn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste OR
- Diane's Secret Seafood Seasoning
- Heat FIREDISC® to medium.
- Remove husks and silk from corn. Brush each piece with olive oil.
- Place corn on the FIREDISC® and cook 10-15 minutes, turning.
- Remove from FIREDISC®. Serve with butter, salt, and pepper (or Diane's Secret Seafood Seasoning) to taste.
