Sure to be a crowd favorite, add your favorite BBQ sauce and serve as an appetizer or meat entree'. Tangy and fun to eat. Recipe serves 16 so there is plenty to go around. Also freezes well if you have any left over. SERVES 16
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 (16oz Little Smokies) Packages
  • 1/2 bottle of your favorite sweet BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 bottle of HABE Sauce
  • 3 bunches of green onions, diced
  • 1 tbsp. canola oil
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 c tortilla strips
  • 1 c wonton strips
PREPARATION:
  • Set your FireDisc to HIGH and sauté the green onions for 2 minutes.
  • Add the Little Smokies and the cilantro to the disc and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in the BBQ sauce, HABE sauce, and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Plate Little Smokies over a mixture of the tortilla strips and wonton strips and enjoy!
