INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs. shrimp
- 2 lbs. Kielbasa sausage
- 3 big green bell peppers
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 3 cups zucchini
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- Seasoning to taste
- Set FireDisc to medium heat
- Cook sausage first, then move to the outer heat zone
- Cook shrimp in the center heat zone until they’re no longer translucent
- Add vegetables
- Season to taste
