ORLANDO’S CAJUN SHRIMP & SAUSAGE WITH VEGETABLES

Sizzling Saturday: Orlando’s Cajun Shrimp & Sausage with Vegetables comes to us from one our of own FIREDISC Nation, Orlando D., who wowed us with pics and a video of this incredible dish.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 lbs. shrimp
  • 2 lbs. Kielbasa sausage
  • 3 big green bell peppers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups mushrooms
  • 3 cups zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • Seasoning to taste
PREPARATION:
  • Set FireDisc to medium heat
  • Cook sausage first, then move to the outer heat zone
  • Cook shrimp in the center heat zone until they’re no longer translucent
  • Add vegetables
  • Season to taste
