INGREDIENTS:
- Sweet Potatoes - cubed
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
- FIREDISC® Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
- Vanilla extract
- Mini marshmellows
- Sweet & Spicy pecans - chopped
- Slow & Low - Old Fashioned
- Grape seed oil
- Add grapeseed oil to FIREDISC® and place on medium heat.
- Fry Sweet potatoes in grapeseed oil until tender
- Add 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- Add Cinnamon to taste
- Add Nutmeg to taste
- Add vanilla to taste
- Add FIREDISC® Cha Cha Chili Seasoning to taste
- Add a splash or two of Slow & Low
- Mix and cook until good caramelization has occurred.
- Turn off FIREDISC®
- Top sweet potatoes with marshmallows
- When marshmallows are melted - top with pecan.
- Ready to serve and enjoy!
