FIREDISC Cha Cha Cha Chili Seasoning Recipe
3 lbs Ground Beef
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
½ yellow onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
½ stalk celery, diced
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 tablespoons FireDisc Cha Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
Set your FireDisc to high, add olive oil, bell peppers, onions and celery and sauté in the center of the FireDisc for about 7 minutes. Move vegetables to the outer ring. Add beef to center and sear on both sides, about 3 minutes per side. After browning both sides, chop up the ground beef and cook fully on medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Once the meat is cooked, mix meat and vegetates together.
Add the canned tomatoes and it’s juice to the FireDisc. Add Worcestershire, soy sauce and Cha Cha Cha Chili Seasoning. Set the heat to medium and cook for 30 minutes. The longer it cooks, the better it gets so, set the FireDisc to low and cook longer if you like. Ladle over chips and top with your favorite toppings.
