Kabobless Chicken KabobsIngredients for Marinade:1/2 cup or more 100% orange juice2 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon Freakin-A Fowl Seasoning½ onion – minced1 tablespoon honeyIngredients for Kabobs:1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts– cut into bite-sized pieces.Remaining onion – cut into kabob style slices1 large bell pepper½ – 1 cup cut pineapple – optional for servingCooked rice – optional for servingDirections:The night before, cut chicken breasts into cubes and place intoa bowl. Pour orange juice over chicken until covered. Add soysauce, Freakin-A Fowl Seasoning and minced onions. Cover andrefrigerate overnight. After 12+ hours, remove from fridge. Lightyour FireDisc and while heating, cut up peppers and remainingonion. Pour oil into FireDisc, add onions and peppers cook for5-8 minutes, allowing them to brown and move to outer ring.Add chicken and marinade to center, allow to simmer untilchicken is fully cooked. Add peppers back to center along withfresh pineapple. Cook for another 2-3 minutes allowing theingredients to warm. Serve over rice!
