Kabobless Chicken Kabobs
Ingredients for Marinade:
1/2 cup or more 100% orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon Freakin-A Fowl Seasoning
½ onion – minced
1 tablespoon honey
Ingredients for Kabobs: 
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
– cut into bite-sized pieces.
Remaining onion – cut into kabob style slices
1 large bell pepper
½ – 1 cup cut pineapple – optional for serving
Cooked rice – optional for serving
Directions: 
The night before, cut chicken breasts into cubes and place into
a bowl. Pour orange juice over chicken until covered. Add soy
sauce, Freakin-A Fowl Seasoning and minced onions. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. After 12+ hours, remove from fridge. Light
your FireDisc and while heating, cut up peppers and remaining
onion. Pour oil into FireDisc, add onions and peppers cook for
5-8 minutes, allowing them to brown and move to outer ring.
Add chicken and marinade to center, allow to simmer until
chicken is fully cooked. Add peppers back to center along with
fresh pineapple. Cook for another 2-3 minutes allowing the
ingredients to warm. Serve over rice!
