  1. Fix it

  1. Season it

Now that you’re back at Ground Zero, bust out the oil. Give her a light coat.

  1. Repeat it

One more coat ought to do it. Give another after every cleaning.

  1. Keep it clean

After every use, wipe it clean of all food particles. Great and small.

  1. Store it
