I’m Jared Rose, the man behind Frac Daddy BBQ, and I’m pumped to be part of the FireDisc family. Born and raised in the rugged landscapes of New Mexico, I grew up with a love for bold flavors and hearty meals cooked over an open flame. These days, I’m a proud, full-fledged Texan, having traded the desert mesas for the wide-open plains and Lone Star spirit. For 15 years, I worked the oil fields, a job that taught me grit, hustle, and how to make the most of what’s on hand. Now, I’ve swapped the rigs for the road as a truck driver, hauling across the state with a front-row seat to Texas life.

Cooking has always been my way to unwind, connect, and keep traditions alive, and FireDisc has become my go-to partner in that mission. It’s the perfect rig for whipping up authentic New Mexico dishes—think green chile-smothered goodness or sizzling carne asada—right alongside the kind of simple, stick-to-your-ribs cowboy breakfasts that fuel a long day.
