Green Bean Casserole w/ Mushroom and Crispy Stuff

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2lbs Green beans
  • 1 cup grapeseed oil
  • Freaking A Fowl Chicken Seasoning
  • 2 cups scallions or shallots
  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms
  • 4 Garlic Gloves
  • 4 cups mushroom bechemel sauce (or mushroom soup) (recipe below)
  • 2 cups crispy fried shallot or onion
  • 2 cups pork rinds, crumbled
  • Mushroom Bechemel
  • 1 Qt Milk
  • 3 oz. butter
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 2 cups roasted mushrooms
PREPARATION:
  • Bring milk to a simmer
  • in separate pot, melt butter, and cook flour for 5 minutes
  • whisk simmering milk into flour, constantly whisking
  • Add in Green Beans
  • Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring frequently
  • add mushrooms and season to taste
