INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (16oz Little Smokies) Packages
- 1/2 bottle of your favorite sweet BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 bottle of HABE Sauce
- 3 bunches of green onions, diced
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 c tortilla strips
- 1 c wonton strips
- Set your FireDisc to HIGH and sauté the green onions for 2 minutes.
- Add the Little Smokies and the cilantro to the disc and cook for 5 minutes.
- Mix in the BBQ sauce, HABE sauce, and soy sauce and cook for 5 minutes.
- Plate Little Smokies over a mixture of the tortilla strips and wonton strips and enjoy!
