• 1 filet of tilapia
  • ½ green bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ red bell peppers, sliced
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • 3 tsp of olive oil
  • 1/3 of jalapeno pepper, sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp of flour
  • ½ cup bread crumbs


Chop all the vegetables and cook in the FireDisc set to medium high heat for about 5 minutes or until they are soft. Set them aside and wipe down the Fire Disc. Set the FireDisc to high and add the oil. While the oil is heating bread the fish by seasoning with salt and coating with flour.

Whip the eggs to create an egg wash, dip the floured fish into the egg wash and then into the bread crumbs. Repeat the breading process one more time and then lightly fry the tilapia in the oil. Cook for 5 – 10 min and remember to flip the fish whenever necessary to avoid burning the sides.

Remove the fish from the oil and allow to cool on a plate topped with a paper towel. Serve with vegetables and enjoy!
