INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Chicken breast diced into 1 ½ inch cubes
- 2 tsp diced onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 3 tbsp vodka
- ½ c cream
- 3 tbsp white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place FIREDISC® on highest setting.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, add the olive oil to the FIREDISC® and brown the chicken on all sides (about 2 minutes per side).
- Add the onions and the garlic to the pan and cook for 5 min, add the vodka and flambé* with a long lighter reducing till dry.
- Add the wine and let it reduce 1/3 of the initial volume, add the cream, the paprika and allow to cook to desired consistency.
- Serve with white rice, mash potato or baked potato.
- *always use caution when flambéing. This method creates a flame that removes the harsh alcohol taste from liquor.
