• 1 Chicken breast diced into 1 ½ inch cubes
  • 2 tsp diced onions
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp vodka
  • ½ c cream
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Place FireDisc on highest setting. Season chicken with salt and pepper, add the olive oil to the FireDisc and brown the chicken on all sides (about 2 minutes per side). Add the onions and the garlic to the pan and cook for 5 min, add the vodka and flambé* with a long lighter reducing till dry. Add the wine and let it reduce 1/3 of the initial volume, add the cream, the paprika and allow to cook to desired consistency.

Serve with white rice, mash potato or baked potato

*always use caution when flambéing. This method creates a flame that removes the harsh alcohol taste from liquor.
