INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 pounds chicken wings, drummettes
  • 1/2 cup sriracha hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
PREPARATION:
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry. In a large bowl, add chicken and all ingredients. Mix well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Remove chicken from refrigerator. Bring to room temperature.
  • Heat FIREDISC to medium. Grill chicken for 12-13 minutes per side, until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
