• 4 – Ducks (preferably Teal)
  • 4 – Bacon
  • 1 – Onion
  • 2 – Jalapeno
  • Horseradish Cheddar Cheese
  • Blackening Seasoning
  • Italian Dressing
  • Toothpics
  • 1/2 – stick of butter



Take the Duck (Teal) and breast them off the bird. Cut the onion, Jalapeno, and cheese into stripes. Take each slice of bacon and cut them in half. Now take the bacon strip and lay it flat. Now take the duck breast and set it on the end of the bacon strip. Place 1 cheddar cheese strip, 1 Jalapeno, and 1 onion on top of the duck. Now wrap the duck up with the bacon strip, secure with a toothpic and place into a dish with sides. Repeat until all of the duck has be finished and wrapped. Now take the Blackening seasoning and sprinkle on top of the wrapped ducks. Also take the Italian dressing and cover the ducks.


Heat up your grill and add 1/2 stick of butter. Take all the wrapped duck along with all the juices and Italian dressing and place on the Texas Fajita Cooker or Tailgate Machine for 5-10 minutes until done. Serve and enjoy!
