(SERVES 4) Steak Florentine made easy with thyme, rosemary, butter, olive oil and two large porterhouse T-bones and of course your Firedisc Grill. Serves four.
  • 2 bone in porterhouse steaks
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt, to taste
  • Set your FireDisc to high heat, allow it to get really hot.
  • Brush the steaks with the oil and salt to taste.
  • Sear your steaks on one side for 5 minutes, do not move or touch the steaks.
  • Brush the steak with the thyme and rosemary dipped in a bit of the oil.
  • Flip once and cook for 6 minutes basting again with the herbs.
  • Top with the butter and let rest for 6 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
  • Suggested Side: Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and spinach.
