INGREDIENTS:
- 2 bone in porterhouse steaks
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Set your FireDisc to high heat, allow it to get really hot.
- Brush the steaks with the oil and salt to taste.
- Sear your steaks on one side for 5 minutes, do not move or touch the steaks.
- Brush the steak with the thyme and rosemary dipped in a bit of the oil.
- Flip once and cook for 6 minutes basting again with the herbs.
- Top with the butter and let rest for 6 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
- Suggested Side: Sautéed mushrooms, onions, and spinach.
