• 2 lbs Cod, cut into 1 inch cubes and seasoned with salt
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 fennel head, diced
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 2 c white wine
  • 1/2 lb gold potatoes, diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 4 tbsp. diced basil
  • 1 c mayo
  • 2 c HABE Sauce


Set the FireDisc to medium heat, add some vegetable oil to the pan and sauté the garlic and onion for 5 minutes. Add the fennel and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, a touch of salt, and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the wine, 4 c of water, and once the liquid is at a boil add the potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and taste for seasoning. Add the fish and cook for 8 minutes.

Mix the basil, mayo, and the HABE sauce together in a mixing bowl. Add to the stew and mix well. Allow the stew to cool and enjoy!
