INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 pounds thick cut bacon
  • Venison Sausage
  • 1 onion chopped
  • Favorite FIREDISC® Seasoning - To taste
  • 1 Head of Cabbage
PREPARATION:
  • Once FIREDISC® hot and ready, add chopped bacon to disc
  • Saute in the venison sausage and onions
  • Sprinkle on your favorite FIREDISC® seasoning
  • Slice Cabbage, add on top of mixture
  • Pull all ingredients to the center of the disc, cover and turn to heat to low, let it begin to steam
  • Stir cabbage throughout process until tender
  • Plate and serve
