INGREDIENTS:
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 3 c panko breadcrumbs
- 18 chicken tender strips
- 2 qts canola oil
- 1 c ranch dressing
- 1 c HABE Sauce
- Pour the oil into your FireDisc and set the heat to HIGH.
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, and salt together in a bowl.
- Whisk the eggs with 1 tbsp. of water to make an egg wash.
- Set panko breadcrumbs in a pan for breading the chicken. Coat the chicken strips in flour, then dredge in the egg wash, and then coat with the panko breadcrumbs.
- Once the oil reached 365 F fry the chicken in batches of 6 for 8 -10 minutes flipping to insure even cooking.
- Place the cooked chicken fingers on a paper towel lined plate and sprinkle with salt.
- When all the chicken is cooked, mix the ranch and HABE sauce together and serve as a dipping sauce.
