- 2 soft shelled crabs, cleaned
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c of heavy whipping cream
- 1 c flour
- 3 c fry oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 2 leaves of lettuce
- 4 slices of bread
Pour the oil into the FireDisc and set the heat to high, allow the oil to reach 365 degrees F. While the oil heats, whisk the egg and cream together and in a separate bowl mix the flour with a pinch of salt and pepper. Dip the crab in the flour, then the egg mixture and then in the flour one more time.
Fry the crab carefully in the oil about 3 minutes per side. Drain on a paper lined plate, place on top a slice of bread, top with tomato, lettuce, and mayo and enjoy!
