Fried Turkey Cutlets

  • Grapeseed Oil
  • 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
  • 1/2 teaspon of Baking Soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • Egg wash - 4 eggs and 2 cups milk
  • Add oil to disc and heat on medium
  • Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl
  • Make Egg wash in another bowl
  • Take cutlets, drench in egg wash, dip into flour mix - do this twice and then add to the oil in the Firedisc
  • Brown on both sides and cook to correct temperature, remove and serve
