INGREDIENTS:
- Grapeseed Oil
- 1 sleeve of Saltine Crackers
- 1/2 teaspon of Baking Soda
- 1 cup flour
- Egg wash - 4 eggs and 2 cups milk
- Add oil to disc and heat on medium
- Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl
- Make Egg wash in another bowl
- Take cutlets, drench in egg wash, dip into flour mix - do this twice and then add to the oil in the Firedisc
- Brown on both sides and cook to correct temperature, remove and serve
