Garlic Oyster Mushrooms

These garlic butter oyster mushrooms are fried and full of flavor- a savory addition to any plate.
  • Oyster Mushrooms
  • Butter
  • Soy Sauce
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth if needed. Trim any woody stems.
  • Heat up your FIREDISC with olive oil. Toss mushrooms with soy sauce (per the recipe below) and cook until lightly browned on one side.
  • Push mushrooms to the side. Add butter & garlic and cook until tender and fragrant. Add herbs if desired.
  • Mix it all together, serve and enjoy.
