GRILLED PINEAPPLE

A wonderful side dish to go with a variety of entrees. You can also use it as a dessert topping.
INGREDIENTS:
  • 42 oz pineapple cubes
  • 2 limes, zested and 1 lime juiced
  • 1/2 c of toasted coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp powder sugar
PREPARATION:
  • Set your FireDisc to high and toss in the pineapple with the lime juice.
  • cook for 5 minutes and add the lime zest.
  • cook for 5 more minutes then sprinkle the powdered sugar and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Remove the pineapple from the FireDisc and top by sprinkling the coconut flakes. Serve and enjoy!
