Ground Beef and Potatoes on the ‘Disc

Think comfort food- but with ingredients that have healthier nutrient facts than you might expect. This Ground Beef and Potatoes recipe will make you coming back for seconds (and even thirds).
INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 Potatoes
  • 2-3 Red bell peppers
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Smoked paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Oregano
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hot sauce (optional)
PREPARATION:
  • Add olive oil to your medium to high heat FIREDISC and sauté the chopped potatoes in it.
  • Brown the beef with the vegetables, Worcestershire, mustard, spices, and hot sauce.
  • Cook until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through. Serve as desired and ENJOY!
