Guinness Irish Beef Stew

Looking for the luck of the Irish? Try this awesome version of Guiness Irish Beef Stew.
  • Grape Seed or Avocado Oil
  • Beef of your choice
  • Bodacious Beef Seasoning
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 4 Stalks of Celery Diced
  • (2) Parsnips and Turnips - chopped
  • (2 cups) Carrots - your color choice
  • 1 Stick Kerrygold Pure Irish Butter
  • 1- 6 oz can Tomato Paste
  • (2) Potatoes chopped
  • 1 or 2 bottles of Guinnes Beer
  • Fresh Parsley to taste
  • (2) Bay Leaves
  • 3 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 3 cups of Beef Broth
  • Turn Firedisc to medium and add in your oil of choice.
  • Add beef to FD and let cook on low, stirring and sauteing
  • Add the Bodacious Beef Seasoning
  • When beef is complete - move them to the side of the Firedisc
  • Add in the center your chopped onions and celery
  • Add in Stick of Kerrygold Irish Butter and fresh parsley and garlic
  • Move veggies to the side and add in the Parsnips and Turnips
  • Add in carrots and potatoes
  • Add in Beef Broth
  • Add in Tomato Paste mix everything together and Bring to a boil
  • Add in the Guiness beer, additional Bodacious Beef Seasoning and Bay Leaves
  • If you have a FIREDISC Lid - cover for 5-10 minutes
  • Serve and enjoy
