INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Italian sausage links
- 1/2 onion, cut into slices
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into slices
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into slices
- 2 c of sliced mushrooms
- 3 tsp of olive oil
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- 2 tsp of soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Set the FIREDISC® to medium heat, add the olive oil and grill the sausages.
- Once the sausages are cooked and nice and brown, add all the vegetables and cook together for about 5 to 10 min.
- Once the vegetables are all cooked add the agave nectar and the soya sauce to the pan.
- Enjoy and serve it while it`s still hot.
