Rich & Creamy Reuben Sandwich

Corned beef, swiss cheese, and sauerkraut, on rye. It's the perfect combination for your midweek, mid-month party. Here's how to do it FIREDISC style.
INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:
  • Set FIREDISC to medium heat
  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, and Freaking A Fowl FIREDISC seasoning in a bowl. Stir until well-mixed.
  • Butter slices of rye bread and place them butter-side down on the outer edge of the cooker
  • Spread sauce on the unbuttered side of the bread. Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, and two swiss cheese slices.
  • Spread sauce on the unbuttered side of another slice of bread, and top the first one with it.
  • Keep on the grill until meat warms and cheese melts. Flip once.
