INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of Arborio rice
- 2 tsp of onions (Chopped)
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 cups of Chopped mushrooms
- ½ cup of white wine
- 3 tsp of chopped parsley
- 1 tsp of butter
- 3 tsp of parmesan cheese grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 quarts of chicken broth
- In the FIREDISC® get the olive oil to a medium temperature and then sear the mushrooms.
- After 5 min add the onions and cook for more 5 minutes.
- Now add the rice and let it cook for 1 min.
- Once the rice is hot add the white wine and let it reduce.
- Now add the chicken stock (1/3 of it) and then add the rest once the liquid is absorved.
- Once the rice is fulled cooked (about 20 min) turn the FIREDISC® off and add the parmesan, the parsley and the butter.
- Make sure it`s well seasoned and enjoy it hot.
