SERVINGS: 4 TACOS Seafood inspired Mexican cuisine, shrimp and avocado tacos topped with fresh salsa.


  • 4 tortillas
  • 8 oz. of small shrimp, peeled
  • Fresh salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsps. olive oil
  • Set the FIREDISC® to medium high heat and grill the tortillas on both sides, then set aside.
  • Add the olive oil to the FIREDISC® and sauté the shrimp for about 7 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss in all vegetables and stir quickly, top with cheese and then build your tacos! Enjoy!
