• 4 tortillas
  • 8 oz. of small shrimp, peeled
  • Fresh salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 c mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup of lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsps. olive oil


Set the FireDisc to medium high heat and grill the tortillas on both sides, then set aside. Add the olive oil to the FireDisc and sauté the shrimp for about 7 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Toss in all vegetables and stir quickly, top with cheese and then build your tacos! Enjoy!
